The drum rotates up to two revolutions per second, <a href=\"https:\/\/danielepais.com\/journal\/how-to-add-products-to-your-shopify-account-and-have-it-synchronized-in-wordpress\/\">synchronized<\/a> to the exact speed of the paper, ensuring a full image transfer.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Heating_and_pressuring\"><\/span>5. Heating and pressuring<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The image is then rendered permanent using a mix of heat and pressure that is properly regulated.<\/p>\n<p>As the paper gets closer to the fuser rollers, the temperature rises to 225 degrees Celsius. The powdered toner reaches its melting point in a fraction of a second and blows onto the page.<\/p>\n<p>Toners have a melting point that is carefully designed for printer fuser temperatures, ensuring good prints and extending fuser life.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Cleaning_process\"><\/span>6. Cleaning process<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The cartridge is prepared to print a new page in the final step of the imaging process.
