Review # 5: Please don’t shop at this store, it really sucks. When I bought it, I told you such disgusting nonsense as a credit card charge of 20% more. After I used cash, I found that the product was incompatible and they refused to return it (it was only a day after the purchase). Then I went to the technical department on the second floor to talk about “finding your game company.” The game I played was Armored Core 6 Realm Skyfire! Do you want me to find the FS club? No returns, no exchanges, no credit card payment. If you use Shopee or go to the original price house, there won’t be so many problems. What’s the use of relying only on female shop assistants? Review # 1: bought my laptop for over $150,000, had the exact same experience as another reviewer I saw on here; the battery also deformed and was so bloated that the laptop stopped working. The Razer technician told me that they were unable to fix it. And they said, if they try to fix it, they might break the motherboard, and then i might need to buy another motherboard for $50,000-80,000! However, I was able to find another shop that was able to fix it. For only 5000 ntd! The shop is called 老師傅工作室. So if anyone has the same issue, you should look them up. When the tech at Razer told me they were unable to fix it, I asked them to take a photo of what they can not fix. Photos attached here. 老師傅工作室 actually made a video about my case. Video attached here. Will not buy another razer product again. (reviewed by: David Hsia rating: 1 date published: October 18, 2023)

Review # 3: After using Razer products for over 5 years now. I have come to the conclusion that they genuinely DO NOT CARE about the customer. I have purchased 2 headsets and attempted to use their warranty but they have repeatedly told me that it would take long and buying a new one is always better. Now after my second headset has broke (cups are worn out and torn) They have insisted that they are just a store that sells products. We don’t really do customer service and we have no way to help you even if we wanted to. After, an angered response, the employee simply said nothing. As if, okay, do you get it? WE don’t care and we don’t help! There is no ounce of concern or accountability. NICE COOL STORE but your products, product warranty, employee attitude, response and training is a big fat zero. (reviewed by: YY C rating: 1 date published: December 2, 2021)

Review # 1: Q: Is this computer good? A: Of course it smells good! Q: Is this store good? A: Of course! I bought my first computer in my life. The store communicated with me very carefully, what kind of CPU should I have, what kind of SSD should I have, etc… Then he helped me carefully assemble it and burn it in! After the computer inspection, it didn’t end like this… He even accompanied me to the intersection to catch a taxi, and they moved us into the car together. We didn’t leave until the computer was safely in the car! Really considerate…the after-sales service is also very good! I keep sending lines to the editor, and the editor will also provide some tips and the like… It’s not like ordinary old stores, which don’t care about anything after the goods are sold out! It’s really great… I hope your store can continue to be maintained in the future! come on! (reviewed by: 徐振哲 rating: 5 date published: September 23, 2023)

Review # 2: After placing the order, the store had some problems, but they found a way to deal with it later. It really deserves a five-star rating! After that, I asked the store to set up and burn the machine, and when I went to pick up the goods, they also enthusiastically helped transport it to the car. Unfortunately, the only drawback was that the protective films of the motherboard and graphics card were not removed. (reviewed by: 王立元 rating: 5 date published: October 23, 2023)

Review # 3: I wandered around to their house today… The service is really great! When buying a writing machine for your child, the unit price is not high, but the attitude is very friendly and the price is not arbitrary. He is a good and honest businessman! Unexpectedly, they were very careful and professional when inspecting the machine. The price is cheap but the service is not discounted! I really need to give it a good push! (reviewed by: Justen1010 rating: 5 date published: November 12, 2023)

Review # 4: My computer broke down in April this year. I went to the original price house to ask about repairing the computer. The original price house technician said that since they bought it, they would not provide computer repair services. It is super expensive to build a computer according to your needs… Later, I was introduced to Super Blue. Although I didn’t buy the computer here, they were willing to help me detect the problem. Later, I found out that it was a hardware problem and the computer was fine after replacing the hardware. Then because my needs changed, they also helped me upgrade the graphics card. There is also a remote control system installed. If there is a problem with one of them when they go back to use, they can connect to the remote system and let them see the situation directly online. Personally, I am quite satisfied with this kind of service and price. push (reviewed by: 陳冠甫 rating: 5 date published: July 8, 2023)
