Gaming items and software are available as well. Review # 5: That’s not what I expected. Searched for an electronics market, and while this is an electronics market, it is an upscale department store stlye market. Definitely lots of items but not the place to find electronics for hobbyists. Update: I completely missed the second building that is part of this complex. Review # 2: BE CAUTIOUS.. REPAIRING ALWAYS COME WITH POST HIGH RISK IN THIS SHOP. I changed the FAN in my HP Pavilion laptop and updated my RAM on Sept 2, 2022. After 4 months, my laptop suddenly went black screen and tried a lot, but no useful. Finally, when my laptop is opened at HP service center , I am shocked to see they put wrong fan (not meet my laptop specifications). Because of that, I am in the state to change my mother board. After I used cash, I found that the product was incompatible and they refused to return it (it was only a day after the purchase). Then I went to the technical department on the second floor to talk about “finding your game company.” The game I played was Armored Core 6 Realm Skyfire! Do you want me to find the FS club? No returns, no exchanges, no credit card payment. If you use Shopee or go to the original price house, there won’t be so many problems. What’s the use of relying only on female shop assistants? Laughing to death, I thought this kind of small money was robbed by a beggar. Review # 1: bought my laptop for over $150,000, had the exact same experience as another reviewer I saw on here; the battery also deformed and was so bloated that the laptop stopped working. The Razer technician told me that they were unable to fix it. And they said, if they try to fix it, they might break the motherboard, and then i might need to buy another motherboard for $50,000-80,000! However, I was able to find another shop that was able to fix it. For only 5000 ntd! The shop is called 老師傅工作室. So if anyone has the same issue, you should look them up. When the tech at Razer told me they were unable to fix it, I asked them to take a photo of what they can not fix. Photos attached here. 老師傅工作室 actually made a video about my case. I have purchased 2 headsets and attempted to use their warranty but they have repeatedly told me that it would take long and buying a new one is always better. Now after my second headset has broke (cups are worn out and torn) They have insisted that they are just a store that sells products. We don’t really do customer service and we have no way to help you even if we wanted to. After, an angered response, the employee simply said nothing. As if, okay, do you get it? WE don’t care and we don’t help! There is no ounce of concern or accountability. Review # 4: My computer broke down in April this year. I went to the original price house to ask about repairing the computer. The original price house technician said that since they bought it, they would not provide computer repair services. It is super expensive to build a computer according to your needs… Later, I was introduced to Super Blue. Although I didn’t buy the computer here, they were willing to help me detect the problem. Later, I found out that it was a hardware problem and the computer was fine after replacing the hardware. Then because my needs changed, they also helped me upgrade the graphics card. There is also a remote control system installed. If there is a problem with one of them when they go back to use, they can connect to the remote system and let them see the situation directly online.
