Have big screen to rent, has rooms with theme each floor (3 rooms), free coffee/ tea and milk to make. the reception in ground floor has table for work as well. a can pay daily weekly and monthly, can have access for 24 hours. Has food and drinks to order, the salads were not find my appetite. Others were good, tried pelmeni soup and green curry salmon pasta. Review # 1: Let’s Work is my top choice for coworking in Phuket. Its tight-knit community, great location, and Harry’s attention to detail create a perfect balance between work and having fun. The facilities are top notch. The coffee is one of the best I have tried on the island. There are some events happening every week such as games night or community lunch. The facility has everything you could possibly need, to get stuff done, the staff is exceptional; they will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Review # 3: Great place with a great community! We had been to several co-working places around the world, Let’s Work is the best so far. The service is top level – there is a barista at the place, great coffee and healthy snacks, suited for every dietary restriction. The office itself is located right across the beach, so you can enjoy a lovely view of the ocean while working. But the most important part is the community. Every week there are a few events where you can get to know your coworkers better. We found some great friends that way, and got to experience the best food, views and activities Rawai has to offer. Review # 4: Great place to work with great people and facilities! The Internet is great, there are call rooms if you need more privacy. Decent chairs in the quiet area, and external monitors available to rent. The location is convenient in a quieter area of Phuket with lots of nice restaurants nearby, although note – the beach is not for swimming (I got burned on this one). But the swimming beaches are a short grab drive – 5-10 mins. You can order food and drinks while working, which is a plus. Harry the owner is attentive and friendly, and cares about you having the best experience 🙂 But the greatest thing is the community – people are friendly and there is some events happening every week. Review # 5: An amazing coworking space with a fantastic and vibrant community. If you’re in Rawai / Phuket and looking for a space to work and meet people, this is where you need to be. The staff are so kind and accommodating and the owner Harry is a great guy who has time for everyone. Review # 1: I rarely comment online, but here i will. This place is perfect setting to organize large group training, in one of their room they have 10 large whiteboards! Bayaco is clean, safe, well located, their staff are very reactive and get things done. The AC is strong so come with a warm top and enjoy top notch office space! Review # 2: Excellent place for productive working. The price is extremely cheap. You can pick any comfortable desk, visit Skype room for private call, or chill at sofa. The internet speed is enough for most of activities. There are polite well English speaking staff. You can drink unlimited water here and get coffee or tea for free, barista can bring you. Review # 3: Comfortable office like workspace offering single person tables and bigger ones. Take any table you want. Central hall is surrounded by rooms of tech companies, but they don’t bother. Has single person booths and a ping pong table. Offers free water and instant coffee. There is a kitchen with a m/w oven. The place is kind of empty during high season (Feb 19) which was a surprise for me. I bought a “rabbit card” from them to get 50% discount for day pass. The card can be topped up in house by cash. If you come by car, your day parking is free, just give them the parking card. Dress long sleeves and socks because of the air conditioner. Review # 1: When you cowork a lot like me, you find a hair in the soup anywhere. Don‘t get me wrong, I worked in awesome places. But you always find something which you would do better or different. This place however, is perfect. From super comfy chairs to phone booths to free coffee and snacks – they are really looking after their customers. The staff deals with requests promptly and professionally, they respect your time and wishes, I’m happy to receive their service – you always feel yourself as a welcome guest. The space is all new with great equipment, nice furniture. Air conditioning and air cleansing working really well. The podcast room in Greenovation even pushed me into the podcasting, just because why not 😆 The team behind the co-working is so great, caring and attentive 🙏 Also, always busy generating and implementing new ideas. Review # 1: The hotel is located at 2 min from the beach ! The facility is super clean and the staff will make your stay feel like home. They also have a pizza restaurant on the other side of the street, so we had a pizza delivered directly to our room ! Heads up the best service we could’ve wished for while in phucket. I spent one night here before deciding to head to Patong earlier than planned. Although it has an onsite restaurant and bar, they seemed to have few customers during my stay, prompting me to dine elsewhere. Review # 4: We got scammed with the scooter rental they offer at this place. A side mirror already had a crack when we rent the scooter. After some kilometers on the street a 4cm part broke away from the vibrations and plunged into the housing of the mirror. The part was still in the housing and you could clearly see that this was not caused by an accident or something like this. Since they didn’t document the mirrors before the handover they insisted of charging us 600 THB for this. After 3 month of traveling in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia this was the first bad experience we had with a scooter rental. Not a customer friendly attitude. Review # 1: Literally love this place! Coming back here all time when I’m in Phuket. The rooms are clean and the bed and pillows are super comfy. I love the rooftop pool and restaurant. The food is a 10/10. The pool has a beautiful view and a bar to order food and drinks. They also have a nice gym and co-working space and free water on every floor to refill your bottles. Also the staff is super lovely. Especially Fern and Monpu. They go on and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. Can’t thank them enough! Studio Breeze is an amazing one, it is more squared, with a balcony and has enough space even if you want to put an extra working desk. Amazing service through the app, always ready to help. The best rooftop pool with the bar, where you can watch sunsets and Phuket lights. Everything is clean, there are a lot of workers who watch after the property. Review # 3: I stayed here nine months and found the place to be absolutely excellent for several reasons. For a start, it has superb facilities – including a stunning rooftop swimming pool (with bar area), well-equipped gym, excellent restaurant, and several events on offer (including live Premier League football matches, by the way, for anyone else with an interest). The apartments themselves are terrific – extremely clean, spacious, and well thought-through in design for ultimate comfort and convenience. The location is also good, with plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It is very close as well to the excellent Central Festival Shopping Centre that has everything you might miss from home that you cannot find elsewhere (it is also very reasonably priced). Finally, and the most important part in my view, is that the staff are great – extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone from the housekeeping ladies, to the service people, and especially to the front of house staff who are managed by the marvellous Alice, who epitomises the very best of the aforementioned qualities, and who would be a star in any luxury hotel in the world. Small rooms, bad isolated location, the worst thing is that they make money on deposits and things like… if your curtain has a hole, even not your fault, ( in our case it was when we moved in), while checking out you will pay from 5500-10000 baht. Review # 5: Pro: Still new hotel, clean and tidy. The shower can be as hot as you want and is very strong. The pool is beautiful with excellent city sunset view. The service at front desk is warm and welcoming. The hanger rack at the balcony is convenient. The mattress is firm and comfy, it makes me don’t wanna leave the bed. The internet is a true high speed quality. Perfect for vdo call or working. Location is near the local cheap food, night market, no.1 best phuket hospital and not far from old town. Con: The wall and ceiling are not soundproof so you can clearly hear next door talking or people from upstairs walking. The aircon display light cannot be turned off so you will have an air-con temperature light bright all night long. No phone in the room to reach out to reception. Review # 1: there’s a poor lion cub here that gets harassed by customers. the workers there seem to be very encouraging of it. while we were there we could clearly see that it’s exhausted. guests are allowed to pick it up and move it around it’s enclosure while it’s clearly not wanting to be picked up. apparently they “adopted it from kenya” which is the only explanation we got. the cub is being used to drag in customers and being treated like a toy. please avoid going here if you care about animals. food is nothing special. Review # 1: I was here for a month and it would have to be the best Co-Working space I’ve worked from. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is always so clean. Modern fit out with cool bits of art everywhere. Ideal for getting in the zone and then taking a 5 minute break on one of the comfy chairs or bean bags. Very well priced too. Review # 1: A lot of complaints about the internet, but worked for 12 hours no drops. The speed is average, but the latency was much better than most offerings on The Street. Had zero issues making calls and working in a remote environment all day. Plus is a nice cold AC room that’s quiet and well lit. Never used any services, and now won’t refund deposit and because I told them through email and calls to cancel and did not cancel through the site they want thousands of dollars.
