Review # 3: Most of the personal can’t understand basic English. They rushed me through buying a laptop and when opened it wasn’t featuring something I asked for before purchasing it so they refunded me. They looked so pissed to refund me and I expressed my desire to get another type of laptop in there. They just totally ignored me, not even said a word when refunding me. Review # 4: purchased a huawei phone there, told me I had international warranty, overseas and water damaged included since the phone is waterproof. One month later, water damaged happened, I’m going to a huawei center in laos but told me there is no such a thing as international warranty with huawei and I have to pay for water damage… I am so furious they lied to me in the 1st place (reviewed by: Bastien Duparchy rating: 1 date published: May 24, 2019)
Review # 5: VERY BAD SERVICE, STAY AWAY I went to get my Asus laptop rapaired, with in the warranty periode. The shop said i should bring it the to the Asuz service center in Phuket town. The man in the shop was to lazy to give me the adress on a piece of paper, he just gave me the name of the rapair shop, and said it was near the old bus station. Then he hurried back to the game he was playing on his phone , i tried to get more info but he just looked at me a as i was stupid, and made me feel i was really interupting him. When I think about it I can see that it was my own fault. How stupid can you be, to purchase IT equipment in a shop that is so focused on bananas it names it self after them ….
